Enter the weight used, the number of repetitions, the number of sets, and the distance the weight traveled. This will calculate the number of Calories used according to training volume (wt x reps x sets x exercises). For bodyweight exercises, such as squats, dips, pullups, and lunges add your bodyweight to the number. For pushups, multiply your bodyweight by 0.75 for full pushups and 0.55 for knee pushups. If the number of reps varied accross sets, leave sets blank and input the total number of reps in the reps field.
